Hello Ranchlands School Community!

Here are a few highlights from our Bridge Club this Wednesday. Students learned about  health and nutrition, as well as proper posture and how to maintain a healthy spine.

Today was an exciting day with the start of our Try Something New! The Public Service Announcement (PSA) group will be creating, starring in, and editing their own public service announcements featuring positive and impactful messages for their peers. Students will be shown an overview of the three basic stages of filmmaking –preproduction (ideas are generated), production (filming), and postproduction (editing) by Krasimira, our in-school settlement worker from The Calgary Bridge Foundation for Youth. Final productions of the PSA's will be featured on the CBFY's website.
